ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, I do have business insurance.
DO YOU REQUIRE A TRAVELING FEE?
I do not require travel fees if you are within 50 miles of my home in Brunswick, Ohio. If you are 50+ miles from my home you will incur an additional travel fee. Fee will include a $.65 per mile charge for every mile over 50 and lodging expenses depending on the location.
HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLIENTS?
All communication is done via email as that is what I check regularly. If there are any urgent matters we can communicate via text/call.
WILL WE GET PRINTING RIGHTS?
You will have full printing and download rights for your photos. I also have a print shop located within your digital gallery for easy printing from a professional print lab. You are not required to print through this print shop but the photos will come from a professional print lab and be true to color. Another option is to download and print from wherever you please but note some of the colors may be slightly off when you do not go through a professional print lab.
WILL YOU SHARE THE RAW (UNEDITED) PHOTOS WITH US?
No, I do not provide clients with raw photos. Editing is half of my art and one of the main reasons you booked me as your photographer.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
To provide you with an amazing experience that you deserve & that I provide to all clients, I am unable to offer discounted rates.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER YOUR FINAL GALLERIES?
Final gallery will be delivered via a digital online gallery with full download and printing rights. Photos will be available through the online platform for 60 days for sessions and 1 year for weddings. I strongly urge you to download full gallery and save to an external hard drive for your personal use and safe keeping.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?
I estimate around 50 photos per hour for sessions and 75 per hour for weddings.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD FOR OUR SESSION?
It depends on the forecast! If it is gloomy and sprinkling I will recommend that we embrace it because different weather can make for fun and unique photos. If it is pouring or absolutely terrible we will work to get a rescheduled date on the calendar.
WILL YOU POST MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR IN ANY OF YOUR MARKETING?
Yes, your photos may be shared in my marketing efforts. In my contract there is a line that clients initial which states I may use their photos for marketing purposes. If a client wishes for their photos to not be shared that can be discussed at the signing of their contract for an additional fee. The only exception to this is Boudoir where I always ask permission before sharing any photos and there is no photo release signed line in the contract for client privacy.

What is your wedding gallery turnaround time?

Do all of your wedding packages include an engagement session?
A complementary engagement session is included in my 8 hr and 10 hr wedding packages. My 6 hour package does not include a complementary session but one can be offered at a discounted rate.
What if we are an out of state couple and book a package that comes with an engagement session?
We can do a few things! Since this is a complementary session we can forgo it. Or we could do one of the following; engagement session where you travel to the Akron/Cleveland, Ohio area for your session, a boudoir shoot the morning of your wedding or a morning after cozy couple session at your hotel/home/airbnb. Let's talk this through!

Is travel included?
I factor all of my travel when creating your elopement package. With that being said, my travel costs are included in the overall investment of your elopement package.
Do you deliver the same amount of photos as a traditional wedding?
I deliver an average 75 photos per hour for both elopements and traditional weddings. Final photo count is determined by the total hours of coverage.

I can absolutely help with this. We can hop on a call to discuss the current details you have planned and what parts of the day you want documented. After we discuss that I will build out a package that is perfect for you!
Q: If my destination is on your adventure list is it really free
The cost of your Elopement coverage will be free. Your only investment will be my travel costs. This includes food, airfare & lodging.

Great questions! I will provide you with a full outfit guide to help you select the perfect outfit for your session. My main outfit recommendations; avoid bold colors and prints. When in doubt stick to neutral/earth tones & wear what makes you comfortable!
What locations do you offer engagement photos?
I shoot at a lot of different locations and will provide you with a location guide that lists out my favorite spots to help you find the perfect location for your photos!

What do you recommend I wear for my maternity shoot?
I always recommend flowy dresses for my soon to be mamas! This allows for beautiful movement and we can highlight that baby bump with your hands. If you are looking for a more casual look I love to photograph mamas with bralettes and denim jeans (go for pre pregnancy jeans and you’ll wear them unbuttoned for a casual look)
Will the photos just be of just the pregnant mama or of both partners?
I love to include both partners and any little ones they may have. I spend about 20% of the time photographing mama and then spend the other 80% photographing the family.
newborn faq’s
How long will the session be and can I do an outfit change?
Typically newborn sessions last anywhere from 1-2hrs. We won’t rush these sessions as you may need to change or feed the baby and this allows for time to calm the baby if needed.

Does my newborn need to be asleep?
Your newborn does not have to be asleep but to get those cozy newborn photos you’ll want them to be asleep. The trick to getting your newborn to sleep if feeding them about 30min before the session so their bellies are nice and full, have a sound machine on and keep the space we will be photographing in warm.
What do you recommend we dress our baby in for a newborn shoot?
I recommend a dressing the baby in a knitted gown for some photos and a neutral colored outfit where we can see their fingers and toes. I do not specialize in posed newborn photos but we can absolutely take some photos of the baby cozy and swaddled if you have a swaddle you’d like to use. You can coordinate your outfits with the baby as well.

When in doubt wear neutrals or earth tones and avoid busy patterns! These colors look the best with my photo style but if you brand has more design and popping colors 100% wear that! I want these photos to represent you and your brand. For the ladies I recommend flowy dresses/skirts, jeans, sweaters, casual button ups. For the guys I recommend khakis or jeans, button ups, plain tees or sweaters. Once your session is officially booked I will send over an outfit guide to help you prep the perfect outfit!

boudoir faq’s
How long will the session be and can I do an outfit change?
Standard Session 1hr & Mini Sessions may be offered on specific days where I host boudoir marathons. If you are booking a mini session during a mini session day I would recommend 1 outfit due to time constraints. For standard sessions I recommend 2-3 outfits. As always bring all of the outfits you love and I will help you choose the outfit that makes you feel and look your best. I got you girl!
How many photos from this session should we expect to receive?
Standard boudoir sessions you will receive at least 50 hi-res photos.
What is your photo turnaround time?
Final gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session.
What if I end up being really nervous?
Don't worry it is 100% normal to be nervous for a boudoir session! We will play your favorite jams, pour you a glass of bubbly and it will be the best girl sesh ever! I promise, you will feel at ease and comfortable in your own skin in such a short amount of time.
Will there be anyone else there during our shoot?
The only person that will be at your shoot is me & anyone you may bring with you! I have had ladies bring their besties with them to hype them up & pour some drinks during sessions and it is always a fun time!
What should I wear?
I recommend wearing loose/baggy clothes with no undergarments to your session. Avoiding any tight clothing will reduce the marks that may be on your skin. No one wants awkward booty lines in their photos! & for your session outfits you can wear anything you feel good in, this may be a button up, your favorite lingerie, a pair of pajamas and a bralette. Once you are booked I will share an outfit guide and inspo with you to help you choose something that makes you feel absolutely amazing!
This makes me a little uncomfortable. What do we do so that I feel better?
We will take the first 5-10 minutes chatting through what the experience will be like, looking at your outfit options and getting to know each other before we start taking any photos. This short period of time is critical in helping to ease any discomfort prior to diving into your session!
senior & grad faq’s
Q: What do you recommend I wear for my senior photos?

What if my child/children aren’t being cooperative or in a good mood?
Unfortunately with kids ya never know what you’re going to get so it is hard to foresee how the session will go. For family sessions I work quickly to get all the “posed” smiling at the camera photos done first. This allows for the second half of the session to be fun & active. Little ones love this part of the session where they get to tickle each other and run around a bit. If your children are not having it we will take a little break and let them play for a few minutes. This usually gets kiddos in a better mood & we can get back to taking photos. Mom or Dad, this is the time to pull out all the stops and don’t feel bad if you have to bribe them for the photos.
An ice cream trip after the photos or a new toy on you next target run works wonders!
If you child will not corporate at all and we cannot get any photos done we can reschedule for a different day for a $50 fee. I try to avoid this at all costs because as a mom I know how much planning and prep goes into getting ready for family photos and I do not want you to have to do that another day or have to pay an additional fee.
